I haven't been able to find a URL for the newspaper report. It was written Eric Sorensen of the Seattle Times, but I couldn't find anything on their site either.

The science magazine URL is below. Once there, you'll need to click on current issue and then do a search on Cascadia (which is what I did). It'll bring the abstract up, but you'll need to sign up in order to read it. That parts free. If you want to read the whole article, you'll need to buy a subscription.
