My Dad was a hunter. It wasn't unusual, depending on where we lived, to have pheasant for Christmas dinner. I didn't eat it. Couldn't bring myself to eat rabbit, or venison either, especially after watching them clean it. But man, them wild "Hapless little pigs" made the best d .. m saugsage I ever tasted. ;)
