I agree. When are you going to set up the board?

The points came up over a discussion about choosing the best-fitting quake. We have to decide on reasonable limits for what to consider a near miss. It has to relate to the prediction in some way or a 4.5 in Singapore will be considered a near miss to a predicted quake in Los Angeles!
