Here's another example why I disagree with this idea ....

I predict a 5.0 for a given window for a given location.

A 5.5 occurs within 3.999 days and 100 Km away. I score 80.
A 5.6 occurs within 4.001 days and 101 Km away. I score a big fat ZERO.

How can that make any sense? It doesn't.
