I still think the USGS activity at Parkfield is a total waste. I have access to ProQuest and can look up just about anything on the subject, BUT I would suggest, that since Bush will probably cut USGS funds, they find another place that will allow them to at least be a bit successful. Do you think they will claim any hits whenever it does go? And then it will drop out of the news faster than worms in a flood. Hundreds of "commoners" have had better success... The US need not waste its money on this silliness...
