I was reading another story about China where China was afraid that Bush would undo what Clinton had done where recognition had been changed from Taiwan over to China. They don't want it to go back to Taiwan. I'm thinking that this feeling of China may have played a part with what is going on with the spy plane. They were/are doing something to force the issue.
