I published a technical paper on it a number of years ago. And several respected geology professionals reviewed it for me. I also have three registered copyrighted reports describing it. So, it is not all that secret. There are "political" reasons for discussing it or not disucssing it in public forums such as this one.

In any case, this is not research that is not really intended to be validated. It is instead intended to provide people with warnings when it is time to get out of the way of a destructive earthquake. I can get governments and disaster mitigation groups to listen to the warnings when I wish. The most important part of the effort involves finding free time to work on it and make the necessary improvements.
