When I stopped development efforts on the Perl program it was because I became so busy it was almost impossible to work on any projects like that. I am posting notes here now in part because I am on vacation until next week some time.

Not the Newsgroups. My research has been on television and in at least one internationally circulated wire service report sent to nearly 1000 news outlets around the world. It will probably be in the news again some time in the next few months.

The "earthquake experts" compare notes with one another. And as I said, as soon as possible I am going to try to get a special Internet Bulletin Board like this one organized just for them. A Web site with almonst unlimited bandwidth is available. I just need the time to get the bulletin board organized.
