greater, an RMS less then 0.5 and at least 8 phases in the solution,
recorded by the CALTECH/USGS Southern California Seismic Network (SCSN)
in the past 7 days. All times are Greenwich Mean Time.
Subtract 8 hours for Pacific Standard time, and 7 hours for Pacific
Daylight time. Depths are in km.
