I just got an Internet connection reestablished (not my regular one) and am back talking with people.

In my opinion, the fact that that November 15, 2006 Kuril Islands related group of peaks is present on the chart provides conclusive evidence that the peaks are earthquake related. An effort is being made to learn more about the nature of some of the other peaks.

In any case, I am moving ahead with plans to try to provide a lecture on that forecasting procedure to government scientists and other researchers. The information that I believe I have learned about earthquake triggering processes by itself should be invaluable to them.
