Cannie, thanks for the link. I read the story and noticed that they use the terms "experts say" and "researchers say." Indicating that these are not facts. Isn't there a few places where the creep or movement is monitored? If so, then if the theory of plate movement is correct, it should correlate direclty to events within an area. The story does have some interesting facts. These are elementary though. Like the fact that this new system will be able to predict areas of increased shaking and they will be able to dispatch emergency services to areas hardest hit. Great advancements, yet not supportive of the common earthquake theories.
