Howdy,

Thought I would share this with the forum. There have been 3-- 9 magnitude earthquakes in my lifetime; Chile, Prince William Sound, and Sumatera. From what I have read, I would think the next one will be in the Aleutians or near Padang in Sumatra, south of the Great quake of 2004. I do expect at least a 7+ in the Aleutians very soon. 7's don't really matter much on a global scale, unless ofcourse it is Tokyo or Los Angeles. Anybody care to opine where the next 9 magnitude quake will occur? Anatolian fault? What a disaster that would be.
