I checked your Web site and it appears to me that you are simply trying to demonstrate that random guess earthquake predictions are just as good as the forecasts that many people are making. For some of the forecasts that I have seen people make I would not disagree. However, my own are quite serious as are those of many of the researchers around the world that I am talking with.
