I don't even carry earthquake insurance on this house.. of course, our deductible is something like $20,000 - and the cost of the insurance is very high.. better to take $2,000 a year and put into a money market account..

Long Beach is hosting the National AAPG convention in April - I plan to attend the meetings and do some volunteer work.
