It is my responsibility to give better clarity for Rogers run on this specific issue. I have my reasons, and they will be shared. Roger has given a well founded basis (mathematically) for futher questions about seismicity in north lat versus south lat. It is an earth science finding. But the ramifications will put the largest spear in the quiver of those who scientifically debunk earthquake prediction at the present time. As it now stands, information about the depth and the strike of a predicted earthquake had better be given. And it best be based on fault dynamics. Up to date. Anything else is unrefined poppycock.
