I think there was a successful prediction for a quake in Iceland a few years ago...there was a pair of quakes, maybe as large as M6 each (or in the 5s), and the second one may have been predicted fairly accurately...probably from seismicity. As you can see from my wording, I only have a dim memory of this, so needs to be checked.
