You are correct, *IF* you go by local time. I however was looking at the time code in the data, which is UT.

Jan 17th seems to be jinxed in a way. Kobe, Northridge, the beginning of ground operations in Gulf War I..... I swear, it has nothing to do with me!!! (it's also my birthday)
