A couple of M7s a few minutes apart a few hours ago Taiwan. The link to the focal mechanism did not work. No tsunami warning from the pacific warning center, but weather channel said a buoy registered a 5 cm tsunami. If deep water, that might be able to cause some surges in harbors (qualification...I have no expertise on this), although perhaps since the source of the quake was small it may spread out away from the source and hence, for example, not cause problems like the Kurils quake did.
