More on storms

Hi all;

Pedestrian suggested the effect might be due to telemetry problems during storms preventing small quakes from being detected.

Could be, so I reran several times, raising the bottom limit each time from 0.5 to 5.5. The pattern stayed the same, with only about half as many quakes in windows as might be expected from the time covered by windows.

Any other ideas?
