This is a link to my analysis of the earthquake warnings that I began posting to Internet Newsgroups and Bulletin Boards and circulating by E-mail back in October of 2006.

I posted that report as a response to my original warning rather than here in a new posting so that I can refer people to both the original warning and the response.

I was hoping to ask people around the world if anyone else had detected any clear warning signals before that extremely powerful November 15, 2006 earthquake in the Kuril Islands. But there was unfortunately simply no time available to do that.
