What I understand is that the scientific community basically needs 3 parameters namely location,
time frame and magnitude for quake prediction.

If it occurs, proves that the prediction is right or other-wise. Anybody will agrees this simple
logic, except Roger. Regarding your second post reveals that you are also inline with Roger.
