Thanks, but I have nobody to blame but myself.

Well, maybe some for the Linux programmer who wrote the installation routine. The prompt was "Install using existing partitions?" and snce I had just finished creating Linux partitions,I said "Yes". So it installed it in my Windows partitions, destroying everything in the process.
