Hello Chris,

I have linked the map of recent quakes along the Cucamonga and Sierra Madre faults in the northern LA basin. My interpretation is that there is a pattern of activity at the margin that is suggestive of further micro to light earthquake activity. My guess is that it would skew north of Pasadena and express as a larger quake around 3 to 4.2 magnitude. I picked the San Fernando segment because I thought that would be the next to react. My thinking is that the San Fernando would shunt the stress pattern by a small release. This is how I do some of my pattern analytics. Crude? Yes. Successful? Sometimes!
