Hi All. Looks like there is a little movement on the southern portion of the Rodgers Creek Fault. There have only been 4 quakes further south then the one this morning. They were in 1981. The fault goes down at an angle to the east so the bottom of fault is east of the top of the fault. There doesn’t appear to be any strain build up for the Bay Area data, but not sure we would see any to begin with. This activity may be nothing more then creep. This morning’s quake is about 12 miles NE of Petra’s place and a little north of her study area. It’s going to be real interesting to see what develops over the next couple of weeks. Take Care…Don in creepy town.
