If you want ro reference it, you use your mouse to highlight the netsite or location or url -(I don't know what browser you are suing so I'm not sure what to call it) - but its the thing near the top of the screen that usually starts out as http://... - Once the text is highlighed then right click (assuming you are on windows) and choose copy - if you are on a mac, then once highlighted, choose the menu item edit - then copy.

Once you have the item you want 'copied', put your cursor (or mouse) at the area you want this text put and choose menu item Edut then paste and viola - its there.

In the case of putting a link on the board, put the URL (http...) in the field called OPTIONAL LINK URL and then some text describing it in the field called LINK TITLE when making a post.

I might also suggest taking a basic computer class as this is a basic computer skill.
