Hi all;

I have the program running. Currently it selects 3 quakes;

1) closest to middle of window in time
2) closest to middle of area (distance from center)
3) largest mag. in date range

All 3 can be the same quake or not, depending. Usually not.

My limits are date range +- 2 days, location up to twice given radius, mag. within +- 0.5 units of given range.

I invite discussion of parameters and how to select 1 of the 3 as "best fit".
