I'd already given specific's for determining what is a hit using a point system that would be the tolerance level which I don't think should be tied to the magnitude for reasons previously posted. The heading for the hit column would then instead say "within tolerance levels?" and the answer in the column would either be yes or no.

On a comment column, your specific proposal isn't easily viewable and would require each prediction to be clicked on. The comment column needs to be a part of the chart that is easily visiable and could be used to say that the prediction was a direct hit or it could just list the closest event to the prediction whether or not the prediction was within tolerance levels.
