Where's the donut? The definition I know of to define Mogi's donut is a series of quakes around (donut shape) an area that is normally active but no quakes for a given period in the center of the donut - the quake, in theory (or should I say hypothesis?), hits in the center of the donut. In this case, where is the center that is normally active and hasn't experienced a quake? The lat/long you specified has had a quake and is not in the center of a series of quakes. I could be wrong but I just don't see it. Canie
