That's fine but you're limits are too wide. Suppose I predict an 8.0 in Kansas. You would give me credit for one in California. Or more sensibly, a 7 in Nevada would get credit for one in California even though the two areas are unrelated. This problem is not an easy one and the evaluation cannot allow unrelated events to increase scores. That way lies (!) Sollog. Roger
