Since this is not a prediction - there can be no hit even it it should happen. Again there is no clear indication of where you are 'forecasting' for. What if its outside of parkfield in , lets say, San Ardo... are you then going to take credit? Then again, USGS has been expecting on there since 1986... If you intend to make prediction/forecasts, please use the new form. That is the only way things can be analyzed and kept as statistics - if not, well then its just part of the conversation and in no way does it further predicting earthquakes.
