WOW there's a bit of snow now (3 inches),and it's been snowing all night, schools are closed in Washington state and 18000 people out of power in Puget Sound, now we'll see a quick melt and some flooding at local rivers. The snow in Victoria is light and dry still but I see on the news the snow in Puget Sound is much heavier, hence their outages...mb.
