I got an email back from the individual responsible for the creepmeters up near Hayward regarding my question to him about the time interval of the data points in the raw data table. He said that the instruments are read every 10 minutes.

I still wish they would attach a timestamp to each data point, only makes common sense to me . Inquiring minds wanna know ...
