Michael,

There is data out there but I'm not sure what the sampling rate is for each of the recordings. At any rate, you'd get to the data by first going to:

quake.usgs.gov/research

Then click on "Crustal Deformation"

Then click on "Interactive Maps of Fault-monitoring-instrument Data"

Then click on "San Francisco" under the Regions: column (left side of the page)
You can pick whatever region you'd like.

Then underneath "Jump to San Francisco Data: " select from the pull-down
menu which instrument you want to look at, the number of days pull down, and
then click on "View Data".

Maybe you can get there from this direct link.
http://quake.usgs.gov/research/deformation/measurements/stations/sfbcree.html

Here you'll see a separate chart for each location and to the right of each chart
is a button for the raw data. Click on that and a little side window will open up
with that data. That's a pretty neat page where you can redraw each individual
chart.

Again, I don't know what the sampling rate is.

Hope this helps.

Dennis
