Michael, There is data out there but I'm not sure what the sampling rate is for each of the recordings. At any rate, you'd get to the data by first going to: quake.usgs.gov/research Then click on "Crustal Deformation" Then click on "Interactive Maps of Fault-monitoring-instrument Data" Then click on "San Francisco" under the Regions: column (left side of the page) Then underneath "Jump to San Francisco Data: " select from the pull-down Maybe you can get there from this direct link. Here you'll see a separate chart for each location and to the right of each chart Again, I don't know what the sampling rate is. Hope this helps.
