Personally, I don't believe a prediction needs to be that tight. Also I don't believe that we should make it that tight.

If I'm remembering this right, Alan had analyzed a prediction on usenet for a 3.5 within 100 miles of LA and said that a prediction of this kind would be statistically signficant with only 3 hits.
