You indicated "Time UTC (start/end)" in your post, which suggests to me that you meant a "Start Time" and an "End Time", which I interpret to be a window. I also assume that your post implied a date as well as the mentioned time. If I'm wrong or am not reading your post correctly, I apologize. At any rate, I know what your getting at with regards to time frames and I agree.

Yes, Alan Jones has offered his services for evaluation, and yes, the parameters are the same for what is needed here. It has been shown to me time and time again on this board that people here are not interested in having predications evaluated, for whatever reason, and thats fine with me..

I am not suggesting any kind of evaluation, by Alan or anybody else. I'm simply trying to nail down what is and is not a prediction. What everybody does with the information is up to them.
