Actually the 3.9 was closer to 60 miles, but yes, if an M7 occurred there Yuma would feel it. Doubt they would have much damage though.

But then again, Martin was calling for an M4 - M6 in Yuma. He didn't say anything about it being within a certain radius or what not.
