Canie made this forecast partly as a result of a challenge by n.i.c.e. when she said it may be easier than it looks to make accurate foreshock guesses. My thoughts are that she did very well, and she was NOT trying to show a shining example of a perfect prediction post with all correct parameters, but just a quick example of the connectedness(or lack ) of foreshocks to mainshocks. Just a brief list that had great results. Canie knows how to make proper location posts and would if it were her goal to be precise at the time she made the post. The posts were just a general sort of example in this particular case, which clearly illustrated to me her point. Thanks Michael, you can see what inspired her in last months archives...mb.
