In defense of the person you are referring to - he IS a quake sensitive and he was (and is) actually trying to network with other sensitives to get a more accurate location for his quakes -

He personally gets signals of his own - he just has a hard time with the locations. I'm sorry you consider him a less than trustworthy character - I have seen nothing to give me that impression and I have seen him/known of him for several years.
