Roger..I'm just saying that a change of 5 m of water load is going to make a change in the vertical stress of 1/2 bar. This is a fair amount. If you drop the vertical stress 0.5 bars you might trigger a thrust earthquake that is ready to go anyway. But, yes, if there is a delay you can't prove anything.
