That's where you miss the mark. Many people cannot ingest vinegar--any kind because it's so acidic. But you certainly can use it externally--for burns, cuts--after a quake or other natural disaster. Anecdotal evidence goes back centuries on its uses. There are so many new benefits that I included this time around. And yeah, it really can and does work.
