Roger May be your evaluation is 100% correct but no one can enter into it. Since our goal is to find out a method from many experimental methods and find out a suitable method for quake prediction. Find out the success rate in each and every one's method and if we combine we reach our goal. Simply your comments like "out of range" (though fulfilling 2 out of 3 parameters) and "That's a hit, but aftershocks don't count." (even if the 3 parameters came true). Please note that I have little time and now I exhausted it for debate. So if you feel my predictions are no use, please leave it as it is. Thank you. Shan -
