I agree with Alan. If we are going to do predictions and have a reputable person in the business of EQ's help us out and maybe learn himself, then we must do the predictions as Alan set out with parameters of time of start/stop ---radius...and caps on both sides--also don't forget to add the word inclusive! Very important!
