I guess I'm thinking of CA earthquakes. It didn't rain for Sylmar, Northridge, Loma Prieta, The Great San Francisco Earthquake, Yountville, the Cloverdale Swarm, The RCF, Bolinas. However, it did rain two days after Loma Prieta.
