Ooooh. The San Fernando Valley. Scary place. Grew up in Sherman Oaks, then Malibu. Can't go back. Too creepy. Feel on the edge of the big one every night. Give me good ole Central CA any day. Don't know why. We did have Loma Prieta, and we would feel any of the big Bay Area quakes here, still. Just feel safer here. Cannot explain it.
