Alan, I've put a link below to finger the quakes that have occurred over 7 days in the Washington/Oregon areas. That finger also shows a link for getting at the Washington/Oregon catalogs. There are some things about Jim's predictons that I haven't agreed with Jim on. One is that he doesn't use a geographical center for his predictions. For example, when he says within 70 miles of LA he isn't talking about from the coordinates of the LA civic center. He's really talking about the boundary lines for LA which are all over the place (meaning they aren't a consistent radius) which make its hard to evaluate by means that aren't manual. Another is that Jim counts quakes off the coast of Oregon and Washington as being hits. I guess this would be okay to as long as its known how far off the coast Jim means. I haven't gotten an answer on that one.
