Hah! Thanks, Russell, but I think I was up to speed on the gist of the thread. The chastisement I referred to was admninistered by Cal, due to my impertinent review of her book (I lacked any clear qualifications for such criticism . . .). And, for the same reasons you cite, of "self-preservation and peace," I am declining any further literary criticisms - outside the title of my post, anyway.
