Subsequent to above message, I found the following result from Redpuma:

29May2006 14:10:50.3 42.0S 88.4E 10 M =5.6 M*NEI SOUTHEAST INDIAN RIDGE

and another report from EMSC as:

2006-05-30 13:00:15.6 30.02 N 50.61 E 23 M 3.0 NORTHERN AND CENTRAL IRAN

Which shows the required magnitude was reached (vice versa) at Southeast Indian Ridge.
Hence my prediction and results thereof has been completed.
