It was a fortunate coincidence. I had been put in charge of getting a hologram produced and Loma Prieta was chosen to be displayed. I knew nothing of the BSSA plans at that time.

So the hologram was made and we were wondering what to do with it when we found out about the BSSA coming out. I called the editor, he liked the idea and eventually shipped the covers out for us to add the holograms.

I still have some around here somewhere.
