I think you need to seriously look at a trend I've noticed over the last seven years. If a man hints at his disapproval of you in any way, or actually comes out and voices criticism of you or your methodology, you are solicitious to the point of inviting him into off-list conversation with you. But if you, often erroneously, feel a woman has made a slight in your direction, your claws come out.

You and I both know I have never won a Pulitzer, and while receiving an invitation from Mensa to join, I chose not to affiliate myself with that inbred little clan of those who think themselves superior to the rest of the population. You also know full well that I have the degree, but not in the requisite field, to charge for any armchair diagnosis I might have to offer. Furthermore, characterizing the person I am referring to as a "nutter" if offensive to him/her and to me.

Regardless, I think you need to take a look at your tactics. And I think you owe me an apology, as I have done nothing to insult or offend you.
