Petra...the question was kind of too vague to answer...or...I could answer it anyway I want...for example, the right-lateral faults in the offshore area near these quakes come onshore in Baja...so, if a right-lateral earthquake, and there is no focal mechanism yet, would be same motion and same fault. But, I am not aware of any unusual seismicity in the last few weeks in northern Baja...at least nothing that caught my attention.
